~Summary~

In idyllic Rosewood, Pennsylvania, four very pretty girls just can't help but be bad. . . .

Hanna will do anything to be Rosewood's queen bee. Spencer's digging up her family's secrets. Emily can't stop thinking about her new boyfriend. And Aria approves a little too strongly of her mom's taste in men. Now that Ali's killer is finally behind bars, the girls think they're safe. But those who forget the past are condemned to repeat it. And they should know by now that I'm always watching. . .

~My Thoughts~

In this installment the girls think they are finally free from A cause Mona is dead and Ian is behind bars. However when Ian gets his chance at house arrest for a while A's notes began again and the girls hope to stop them with the help of officer Wilden. Yeah we see how much that works ha-ha.
In this one I don't believe we learn anything new about A. It seems like a new beginning and now they have to find yet another person whom is acting out as A. So this is more of their lives after the after math of what happened with Mona and the trial for Ian. Other than those two major plot points it’s just them going along with their miserable lives thanks to this new A.
Spencer finds out that she may not be related to her family members, Aria seems to not only attract one older guy in her life but she has attracted yet another one that seems to badly want to kiss her but this time it’s a thirty-seven year old and one that is dating her mother (yeah, ew. I badly miss Ezra), Emily starts to have a crush....on a boy and that blooms into something having her yet again question her sexuality, and then there is Hannah. Hannah is now having to live with her estranged father, his new fiancée and fiancée’s daughter. She also is trying to make it back to the top as "it" girl but along the way she believes Kate is out to get her just like Mona.
I did enjoy this quite much but as I said this is more like another beginning which kinda sucks cause we don't get to learn anything new about A. Though the ending was quite a ride and it did leave me wanting to go borrow the next installment from the library. However I am starting to not see what the big deal on the girl’s secrets are anymore as most of their "main" secrets have been revealed here and there so I am hoping for new secrets to come into play in the next books.

It will disturb your being
